Retained to completely rebuild Univison 200,000 SF facility while the complex remained in production. Project specifics included 6 phases of work, 400+ rack Central Equipment Room, 1200T air-cooled chiller plant, 6x800kW standby generators, 4x500kVA central redundant UPS plant along with the fitout for Sports, News and Executive Offices.
