Constructed new 2-story 25,000 SF retail and commercial building in downtown Madison, on site of a former Exxon service station. Project required extensive soil remediation and coordination with Exxon. Walgreens occupied the entire Ground Floor with a mix of offices and retail (fitness) on 2nd Floor.
